Secretary-Maternity Cover

We are looking for someone to cover Maternity Cover from July 2024 to February 2025.

We are a quarry business located in Castletara, Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan.

The job will contain day to day running of the business for example, doing dockets for material collected/delivered, taking telephone orders and arranging deliveries. Our Invoices/statements are done on Sage software on a monthly basis. If you have experience with this, would be great but not essential as training will be provided.

Our wages is done on PayDay on a weekly basis which training will also be provided if needed.

Our hours are from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Basic computer knowledge is essential.
