Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Senior Business Administrator , you’ll work as part of the Infrastructure Team, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The Business Administration area provides support to the business on the car scheme, insurances, travel and Infra invoicing recharging with Finance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Infrastructure Business Support:

    • Management of Annual, Illness and Overtime Leave

  • Travel Management:

    • ClubTravel Invoicing, recharging and Travel Reports

    • PwC Travel Information 

    • Preferred and Local Hotel Listing

    • ClubTravel Monthly Profile Maintenance

    • Google Site - Travel page management

    • Weekly air & hotel pricing audits

  • Motor insurance

    • Annual renewal

    • Insurance claims

  • Firm & Travel insurance

    • Annual renewal

    • Insurance claims

  • Courier invoicing & recharging

  • Admin support to the Sustainability Council

  • Return to Office Access Control system reporting - Security

  • Work across the Infrastructure group providing support as required to the Manager and Above team on projects as they arise

Experiences and skills:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar type role

  • Quality check and take responsibility for own work

  • Dealing with requests and queries from the business

  • Communicates issues as they arise 

  • Ensure all procedures are adhered to

  • Well organised and plans in advance

  • Ability to prioritise tasks

  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a non-structured environment

  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality
