What is the role:

This role is part of the Consumer Transformation and Performance Enablement team. Based in Time House, Naas or Central Park, Sandyford, as a Business Analyst you will use data-driven insights to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to support transformation initiatives like Consumer 26 and Conversational AI management transition.

Key accountabilities

  • Identify customer concerns, agent performance issues, and recurring service problems.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve agent training, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • By mapping processes, Pinpoint customer pain points to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
  • Generate actionable reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

What you will bring: 

  • 5+ of customer facing/contact centre experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. SQL and Power BI skills would be beneficial.
  • Adaptability in Dynamic Environments: Capable of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings while managing multiple priorities effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.
  • Motivated, results-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
