Genesis Bakery – Senior Buyer

Genesis Bakery, located in Magherafelt, is delighted to introduce an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Buyer to become part of our expanding team.

In this newly established role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective procurement of ingredients, packaging, and services. Your contribution will be key to upholding the quality and cost standards our major retail partners rely on.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Food Technology, or a related discipline OR equivalent relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement or supply chain role ideally within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for cost control and supplier performance.
