We Require a Senior Chef to lead our Kitchen Team in our Brand New Restaurant in Monaghan Town

Jimmys Bar & Restaurant is a new Restaurant Opening Soon based in Monaghan Town

We will be Serving Brunch , Lunch & Dinner Trading 7 days a week

We Require a Senior Chef that has a creative modern style .

With a busy kitchen and high standards, we are now looking for an experienced, confident, and passionate Senior Chef to be a leader in our dynamic team.

The Role:

As Senior Chef at Jimmys Bar & Restaurant you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You must be comfortable working under pressure, delivering consistently high standards, and bringing creativity, flair, and passion to every plate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently produce high-quality dishes with attention to detail and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Assist the Owner in all kitchen related decisions
• Work Closely with ordering department to ensure excellent product at the right price
• Plan Weekly kitchen rota in line with budget
• Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff when needed.
• Ensure prep is done to the highest standard, and service is smooth and timely.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with a real passion and flair for food.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual,Honest and a strong team player.
