The Role

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for an Administrator to join our Corporate Services team based in Dublin. ​This is an excellent opportunity to​ provide professional, quality and timely administrative and facilities management services, in support of the values and goals of Oxfam Ireland.

To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines with the ability to multitask and prioritise projects and tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible, tactful, diplomatic, enthusiastic, and sensitive to confidential matters.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written English) and interpersonal skills with a positive, helpful, and friendly outlook is essential.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to utilise resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Positive team player and experience of successful collaborative working with ability to work on own initiative.

Desirable:

  • Experienced in producing meeting minutes.
  • Experienced in organising travel and events.
  • Skilled excel user.
