As part of the Asset Finance team in PTSB you will provide a pro-active and re-active service to make sure we meet our customers Asset Finance requirements in line with their own financial goals. You will exceed customers’ expectations through the quality and timeliness of service and by providing excellent customer experience at the first point of contact.

The role location is St Stephens Green and is the working pattern is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • At the first point of contact, you will provide outstanding service in every interaction with customers whose needs are predominantly service focussed, helping the organisation to achieve its goals.
  • Accurately and compliantly complete right first time Asset Finance Commercial and Consumer applications adhering to processes and procedures while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience.
  • Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer need, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified.
  • Deal with all customer queries through to completion, within given time scales, referring any queries to your colleagues and other departments as necessary
  • Liaise with other internal departments such as Business and Commercial, Motor, RCC and Business and Commercial Support to ensure a smooth on boarding journey for the customer
  • Support the delivery of Asset Finance proposals through the production of accurate assessment of management information and bank accounts ensuring that Credit Policies are addressed and applications are within risk appetite.
  • Update client data to make sure that accurate records are maintained
  • Work with members of other teams and provide cover where necessary
  • Provide generic and procedural information in a professional manner
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure optimum efficiency, and action through to implementation when required
  • Work with others to update relevant process maps and procedures
  • Adhere to Regulatory requirements and procedures and policies, and deal with all enquiries both written and verbal in a compliant manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum APA in Loans
  • Experience in working in a sales / lending role.

This is a permanent role based inSt Stephen’s Green(Hybrid Options available within Republic of Ireland only)
