Salary: Scale SO1, NJC Spinal Column Points 25-27, £36,363-£38,220 per annum

Location: Lagan Valley Island (required to undertake duties venues throughout Lisburn Castlereagh City Council area)

To be responsible to the Registrar, to provide a complete confidential and efficient Registration Service for Births, Still Births, Deaths, Marriages, Civil Partnerships and Citizenship ceremonies at Senior Deputy Registrar level and deal effectively and compassionately with members of the public on the full range of registration duties. In addition, the postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Registration service at Lagan Valley Island.
To undertake the duties in such a way as to enhance and protect the reputation and public profile of the Council.
