An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Senior Dietitian with experience in Palliative and Older Persons care to join the OLH&CS Dietetic Team. The successful candidate will be based in Harold’s Cross. The position involves service provision in Palliative Care and Older Persons Services.

The successful candidate will provide quality nutritional intervention to meet the needs of the service user within a multidisciplinary approach and the objectives of the organisation.

Essential Requirements

1.Qualifications:

• Registered with CORU
• Full Drivers Licence

2.Experience

• At least two years relevant Senior Dietitian grade experience
• Clinical experience in the dietetic management of Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition and Dysphagia
• Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience working in older persons care / neurology and services for people with life limiting conditions as relevant to the role
• Knowledge of current HSE and HIQA standards and policies in relation to nutritional care of older people
