Senior Environmental Health Officer

Ensure the operational delivery of an excellent and co-ordinated range of Health and Community Wellbeing and Enforcement services to residents, businesses and visitors to the district within the following service areas: Food Safety, Health & Safety; Consumer Protection including Smoking/Vaping, Licensing, Safety Advisory Group, Registration services and other Regulatory Services within their area of responsibility. Deliver constant improvements across the range of services through innovation, applying best practice and promoting customer care.

Actively support the Council’s key partners relevant to the Health and Community Wellbeing Service and wider Council strategic goals. Contribute to the overall objectives of the Council’s Corporate Improvement Plan; Inclusive Strategic Growth Plan (Community Plan) and Departmental Service Plans.
