The Role:

The Senior Financial Accountant will play a key role in leading core financial operations, with responsibility for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash flow management, fixed asset reporting, and monthly financial performance reporting. The role will support budgeting, forecasting, year‑end accounting, VAT compliance, and the development of robust financial controls, while driving continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and management reporting. The position also includes mentoring team members and partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK.
  • Accountancy Qualification with a UK recognised body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
  • Experience in accounts management with a focus on AP, AR and cash flow management.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience in reporting of monthly KPI’s, implementation of financial processes and preparation of annual Budgets.
  • Proven experience of numerical/data analysis with an analytical thinking ability to include the manipulation of data and reporting via spreadsheets
