JOB PURPOSE:
To conduct tenancy fraud investigations, including complex cases, in accordance with relevant legislation and ensure a high-quality standard. To supervise the work of Investigators and trainees, manage and prioritise casework and monitor and report on performance of the unit. To provide expert counter-fraud advice, training, and guidance to Housing Executive staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. A degree or equivalent Level 6* qualification. 
OR
Can demonstrate equivalent underpinning knowledge which must include a relevant Level 5* qualification plus continuing professional development e.g. e.g. accreditation with a relevant professional body, Counter Fraud or Investigation qualifications
