The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lounge Supervisor to join it's team at the Causeway Lounge, Belfast International Airport.
Working Pattern:
40 Hours per week
5 out of 7 Days
04:00-20:30

The Role:
To plan, manager, deliver and present the food, beverages, and desk reception duties as per specification.
Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
Supervise a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as the other resources
Supervise site compliance across Health and Safety and Food Safety operations.
Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro - activeness.
Provide solutions to operational airport challenges.
Ensuing all client and 3rd party paper work is completed acutely, on time and reconciled to allow for accurate billing
Work towards achieving financial and non-financial targets.
The Person:
Excellent customer service
Experience in managing a team.
Previous experience working in a hospitality, travel, or reception supervisor role
The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
Good communication skills – written and verbal
The ability to demonstrate great team work skills
The ability to follow instruction
Please note, the successful applicant's job offer will be subject to providing a five-year, traceable employment history. An Access NI (Basic) and relevant security checks will be carried out prior to commencement in role. The Access NI Code of Practice is available upon request.
