Choice is seeking to recruit two Senior Maintenance Surveyors to act as lead technical advisers on property matters to a defined area housing management team, managing complex repairs and maintenance issues, overseeing compliance, and supporting the Area Manager in the delivery of the day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance service.

Essential criteria:-

• Minimum of HND in Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum of five years’ experience of competently:
• Diagnosing complex property defects and producing costed work schedules and specifications
• Drafting and managing construction contracts
• Managing contracts and contractors
• Writing reports on technical matters for non-technical staff
• Using Integrated housing management systems
• Using core Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
