Role ProfileTirlán Agri Marketing has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join the team reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. Based in Abbey Quarter, Kilkenny, this role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in agriculture and a passion for supporting farmers and rural communities through effective marketing, communications and brand activation.

This position is a wide‑ranging marketing role working across the Tirlán FarmLife, GAIN Ruminant and Equine portfolio. Responsibilities include event management, campaign coordination, stakeholder engagement and the development of clear, compelling communications that support brand objectives. Candidates should be creative, organised, and comfortable turning ideas into high‑quality marketing outputs.The successful candidate will enjoy working both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team, bringing strong initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering results.

Responsibilities• Support the team in the delivery and implementation of marketing campaigns for the Tirlán FarmLife and GAIN Ruminant and Equine brands. • Assist with planning, coordinating and delivering Agri and Equine sponsorships and events, on-farm engagements and in‑store activations.• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.• Contribute to the development of educational and informative materials for farmers and customers including product copy, ezines, customer communications and marketing collateral.• Assist in the development of written and creative content for organic and paid social media campaigns. With a focus on engaging and educational digital content across Tirlán FarmLife and GAIN Equine brands. • Take on budgetary and administrative duties relating to marketing campaigns across relevant portfolios using Ariba and SAP systems. • Champion the Tirlán FarmLife and GAIN Ruminant and Equine brands by bringing forward new ideas supported by research, insight and an understanding of customer needs.Requirements• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ industry experience • Hold a relevant third‑level qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Skilled in social media management tools and content creation, with experience in Canva; video capture, editing and producing animations, GIFs, and short videos is a strong advantage.• A willingness to learn, contribute new ideas, and support continuous improvement within the marketing team is essential.• Occasional evening and weekend work during busy periods.• A full driver’s licence and access to transport are essential.
