Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Full-time Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic, growing team based in our Kearys Hyundai Dealership, Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to plan, brief, execute, and report on fully integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop and manage digital campaigns including Google Ads, SEO-optimised landing pages, email/SMS marketing, and social lead generation. Drive continuous performance optimisation based on campaign data and analytics.
  • Plan and execute a variety of marketing events including product launches, brand ambassador initiatives, promotions, and internal engagements—ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Uphold and evolve the Kearys Motor Group brand through consistent messaging and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Produce and curate high-quality content across platforms including video, ensuring on-brand storytelling. Comfortable appearing on camera is a must.
  • Own the content calendar and execution across all social media channels, ensuring regular, engaging, and relevant communication to grow online presence and community interaction.
  • Leverage CRM to deliver data-driven, personalised communications that strengthen customer engagement and retention. 
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer journey touchpoints and conversion.
  • Work closely with OEMs to coordinate campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and mutually beneficial results.
  •  Maintain accurate marketing databases and draw actionable insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports that inform strategic decisions and uncover opportunities.
  • Support the marketing budget process, ensuring efficiency, ROI tracking, and alignment with forecasted resources.
  • Monitor automotive and emerging technology and AI trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support the sales, business development and retention teams with tailored marketing assets as required

Role Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, META Business Suite, CMS, CRM and email marketing software.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Passionate about marketing and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
