  • Remuneration - €63,912 (point 1) to €75,254 (point 9)
  • Annual Leave - As per Health Service Executive (HSE)

PURPOSE OF THE POST

To work in collaboration with the Occupational Therapy Manager in planning, developing, co-ordinating and evaluating the service to meet the needs of the service users and the objectives of the organisation. The Senior Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the provision and delivery of a high-quality Occupational Therapy service in the designated clinical area(s) and will carry out clinical, educational and administrative duties as required.

The designated clinical area will be primarily the inpatient respiratory rehabilitation service. This comprises a 25-bed inpatient unit providing expert multidisciplinary evidenced based care. The position will require flexibility and may include cross over to other services including older person and rheumatology.
