Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this post is to provide a high-quality comprehensive service to your area of responsibility by promoting the best clinical, safe, and cost-effective use of medicines resulting in safer and better outcomes for patients.

Essential Criteria:

· A Pharmacist registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or be entitled to be so registered.

· Have at least three (3) years of relevant post-registration experience.

· Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.

CHI has transitioned to a process of a one commencement day per month for all new employee’s, CHI internal transfers and Secondments. This update to our Onboarding process is aligned to changes in our monthly/fortnightly payroll and with the launch of our new corporate induction program.
