Senior Physiotherapist in Elective Paediatric Orthopaedics-Permanent/Fulltime (35 Hrs)
Applicants should:
- Hold a recognised qualification in Physiotherapy & be registered with CORU.
- Have at least three years post qualification experience with a minimum of one year of experience in the management of Paediatric Orthopaedic/Neuromuscular conditions and/or limb reconstruction cases across paediatric & adult patient groups.
- Experience in the management of complex patients in inpatient and outpatient orthopaedic settings is essential.
- Relevant post graduate qualification/ training is desirable.
- Membership of relevant Clinical Interest groups is desirable.
- Experience of being involved in clinical audit, service evaluation and research is essential.
- Have proven organisational and case load management skills.
- Have the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise clinical and non-clinical tasks and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills & proven verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience of working as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
