Senior Product Manager - Cloud & Managed Services

About This Role:

This is a key role which sits within the Commercial Department of eir evo. The Cloud and Managed Service product manager will be responsible for the overall success of the portfolio, bridging the gap between engineering, service, marketing, and sales to deliver a product that meets our customer needs and delivers on the portfolio financial KPIs.

Expectations From The Role:

• Define the product vision and roadmap for our cloud and managed services portfolio

• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends, adapting product strategies to maintain our competitive advantage.

• Engage with customers, solution architects and pre-sales teams to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product direction.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations and sales teams to prioritise and drive product development activities, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements and ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements and development activities.

• Take developments and enhancements through the requisite commercial and product development gates from concept to launch, including required documentation.

• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including messaging, pricing, and sales enablement.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance all product related processes; service delivery, pricing, billing, reporting.

• Ensure all product related documentation is updated, including product descriptions, process documentation, workflows

Requirements For A Successful Application:

• BA/BS in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

• 5+ years of product management experience

• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and managed services offerings.

• Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or others.

• Strong understanding of service design principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
