We are seeking an optimistic and enthusiastic Senior HR Project Manager with SAP experience capable of delivering on technical projects. 

What you'll do

  • Creating project plans, engaging with the necessary stakeholders, forming, managing and leading the project team
  • Manage project progress and status to ensure that projects are delivered to the scope, quality, time & budget
  • Manage project change requests, issues and risks to ensure that the project remains focused on scope and that obstacles to progress are rapidly resolved
  • Engage with PMO team HQ to give periodic status of project status
  • Escalation to project leadership ( e.g. steering committee) any project or deliverables that do not align with the communicated direction
  • Professional engagement and interactions with all stakeholders on the project within the company
  • Manage project completion, handover to business area & conduct post implementation review
  • Occasional support for the Senior Payroll Operations Manager as required by business needs
  • Co-ordination with other departments (particularly IT) on projects/tasks with a dependency on SAP HR data

What you'll need

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • 4+ years’ experience in previous projects management role
  • Strong SAP experience essential
  • Experience in change management at a strategic level
  • Relevant 3rd level degree required; HR qualification is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – oral and written
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • German language is an advantage but not a requirement
