Senior Property Maintenance Officer

The post holder will assist the Technical & Maintenance Manager to ensure that the Council remains compliant with all its Property Maintenance requirements.

• Full Time 36 hours per week (Mon – Fri)
• Permanent
• PO3 – SCP 33 to 36 (£42,708 - £45,718)
• Location will Initially be at the North Road Depot, however, may be required to work at any location throughout the Borough
• A reserve list may be maintained from this recruitment
