Role Overview
To lead the commercial management of all projects, providing strategic input to procurement, managing cashflow and ensuring contractual timelines are met. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a team of experienced staff as well as being responsible for the development of junior staff in their department. They will also provide strategic and cost input into large scale tenders, working alongside the Commercial Director to achieve the long term goals of the company.
