✅ Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and best practice initiatives

About the Role

Based in Bray, Co. Wicklow, with services across Wicklow and South Dublin, you will manage a complex caseload across both:

��️ Communication Supports

• Total Communication
• AAC and Assistive Communication
• Lámh
• Easy Read and accessible information
• Communication partner training

��️ Feeding, Eating, Drinking & Swallowing (FEDS)

• Dysphagia assessment and management
• IDDSI implementation
• Mealtime support planning
• Staff training and clinical governance support

We Are Looking For Someone Who

✔ Is CORU registered (or eligible for registration)
✔ Has a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
✔ Has experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities
✔ Has expertise in dysphagia/FEDS management
✔ Is passionate about person-centred, rights-based practice
✔ Enjoys collaborative working and clinical leadership
✔ Wants to help shape and develop services for the future
