The Opportunity
A vacancy has arisen for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner in Dublin, Ireland or London, UK on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives within Talent Acquisition while partnering with functional leadership to align and support business operations through strategic goal setting and project initiatives. The Sr. TA Partner will recruit for talent at all levels across the organisation and identify, engage and build talent pipelines utilising a variety of outlets. In addition, this position may provide recruitment, selection, placement and retention support and direction to other TA Partners.
- Serving as a key advisor to hiring managers and HRBPs partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HRBP’s by recommending how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation, providing industry trends, compensation practices, and market activity insights, and sharing strategies and best practices related to the Talent Acquisition process.
- Using superior consultative skills and TA acumen to build high quality internal and external networks to create partnerships that yield successful, predictable results that align with business needs.
- Create and execute comprehensive targeted sourcing strategies via various methods (internal applicant tracking system, referrals, external platforms such as LinkedIn, Personal Networks, etc.)
- Perform recruiting activities to meet the organisation's operational needs, including sourcing talent, screening candidates, providing feedback, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
- Build, manage and collaborate with key stakeholders/hiring managers across the enterprise to ensure the best talent is hired for available roles.
- Utilise talent acquisition systems and platforms to post, source and maintain documentation for all recruiting activities. Support on-boarding tasks as needed.
- Maintain impeccable organisation skills and constantly re-assess priorities while working on multiple roles at once. This also includes the ability to quickly pull data on your hiring activity and share that with key people in the hiring process to create a better overall approach.
- Mentor/Lead other team members in upskilling and capability building
The Skills you will bring to the team
- Deep experience and expertise in recruitment and sourcing in a complex global distributed environment required
- Strong business acumen with experience recruiting active and passive candidates through various methods: networking, referrals, university relations, and other creative methods
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form with co-workers, management, internal and external customers
- Effective collaborator able to work in project teams and across changing structures within a high-growth business
- Must be oriented toward accomplishment of team goals and results focused
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and possess team-based problem solving skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
