Senior Technology & Process Transformation Analyst
Job Description
Based in the National Technology Business Park, adjacent the University of Limerick, we at daa Shared Services foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, grounded in our daa values.We are looking for a dynamic candidate who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency and automation in our processes and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver enhancements to systems and processes to improve efficiency, compliance and controls.
- Strategic management of our portfolio of applications including supporting Finance Teams with plans for further migration to Oracle Fusion.
- Work with the Shared Services Leadership Team to develop a technology strategy informed by benchmarking, research and peer organisation engagement.
- Engage and build strong relationships with our group IT (daa Labs) teams to agree strategic priorities, and collaborate to progress key initiatives at pace (systems enhancements, process automation, Business Intelligence reporting and insights)
- Build strong relationships with the Shared Services teams and provide leadership and consultancy support to drive the identification and delivery of strategic and tactical process solutions focused on quality and efficiency.
- Support our Learning & Development team to focus investment on key skills that increase the overall digital capability of the unit.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Honours Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems discipline
- More than 5+ years’ experience in a senior IT transformation role
- Track record of developing and successfully executing an IT strategy
- Strong ERP (preferably Oracle), Business Intelligence and process automation experience.
- Project Management and Lean credentials/ certifications.
Skills
- Robust understanding of Finance and HR End to End processes
- Clear vision of technological opportunities related to Finance and HR processes.
- Proven leadership and communication skills are critical to this role.
- Building strong cross functional relationships, negotiating and influencing, stakeholder management, report writing and presentation, communicating technical information to a non-technical audience
