Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. You will liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transport, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and carriers to manage logistics processes efficiently.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Timely engagement with customers to ensure high-quality customer service is maintained and promptly address customer queries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experienced in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in air and sea freight is helpful but not essential.
