Senior Warehouse Operative

Bondelivery specialise in the secure storage and transportation of goods to a wide variety of high profile customers throughout Ireland and providing high quality service to a major UK parcels network. We have the following permanent vacancy on Day Shift in our Nutts Corner Depot.

We require an enthusiastic self-starter to assist our Day Shift Supervisors. To have an authority figure on the floor, setting up the floor, assigning staff to jobs, helping and directing warehouse staff with their duties, tipping and scanning parcels, scanning parcels to correct areas, loading trailers, communicating by email, housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have awareness of performance requirements and the ability to motivate others. Also, to carry out a variety of general warehousing duties.

40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 shifts per week plus overtime as required

Essential skills for role:

Experience working on a number of processes within the Main Warehouse/Hermes/JD operation;

Consistently meeting/exceeding performance requirements;

Good English language, numerical, literacy and accuracy skills;

Ability to work flexible shift patterns and working hours including weekends and statutory holidays.

Desirable skills for role:

Previous experience working within Main Warehouse/Hermes/JD Operations;

Experience buddying up/training of staff.
