What you’ll achieveAs a Service Delivery Engineer 1 you will be responsible for identification of solution to product in distressed state in Dell’s Manufacturing / ODM / Partner location. You will work with our partner Engineering team, Level 4 internal teams, Configuration Services Project Manager, providing a solution in a timely manner.You will:

  • Lead the resolution of issues impacting distressed product in our partner facilities.
  • Partner with Level 4 support teams and Configuration Service Project Managers in resolving customer related issues.
  • Lead the identification of systemic issues and collaborate with our stakeholders to provide permanent solutions
  • Present daily updates on the progress of issues impacting the distressed product.

  • Product (Personal Computer - Notebook, Desktop, Enterprise – Server, Networking etc) experience
  • Automation / programming / scripting experience
  • Root Cause / Fault Finding Analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar qualification
  • Artificial Intelligence experience
