Whatyou’llachieve
As aService Delivery Engineer 2you will gain insights into Dell Technologies world class Supply Chain business. You will get the opportunity to deliver a superior customer experience for our services customers. You will get the opportunity tolead transformational activitiesthat will deliver productivity gains into our team:As aService Delivery Engineer 2,you will be responsible formanaging our services operations backlog within our supply chain, ensuring any orders in a potential distress manner are solutioned in a timely manner.You will work withtheService Delivery Project Management Teams, Services Enablement, Engineering, Global Operations and Partnersonensuring our customer orders flow through our Supply Chain in a frictionless manner.
You will:
Lead the resolution of issuesimpactingdistressed orders within our supply chain.
Partner with Global Operations, Services Engineering, IT,Enablementand partners to develop solutionsimpactingdistressed orders.
Lead the identification of systemic issues and collaborate with our stakeholders to provide permanent solutions
Present daily updates on the progress of issuesimpactingdistressed orders.
Lead the development of automation activity within our overall EMEA Business Operations team.

Essential Requirements
Supply Chain Experience, ideally in a Services environment.
Automation / programming / scripting experience.
Root Cause / Fault Finding Analysis.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Managementor similar.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Managementor similar.
Artificial Intelligence experience.
