Service Design And Transformation Specialist

To lead the discovery, design, and implementation of transformation initiatives, including the creation of a centralised Customer Services Centre. The postholder will improve service efficiency, user experience, and digital maturity across the Council by applying process mapping, service design, and digital strategy alignment. Working across Directorates, they will support systems discovery, migration planning, and the exploration of emerging technologies including AI and automation.
