The Role – Registered Service Manager
As a Registered Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering high-quality, person-centred services for people with learning disabilities, including those with complex health needs or behaviours of concern. You will hold registration under Part III of the Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations (NI) 2007 and be responsible for the effective management of one or more services. Through strong leadership, professional judgement, and compassionate practice, you will enable service users to lead full, meaningful, and integrated lives within their local communities.

- Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver outstanding care and housing support
- Ensure services meet all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and standards of practice
- Manage resources effectively to achieve positive outcomes for service users
- Champion person-centred approaches that promote independence, dignity, and choice
- Contribute to the organisation’s strategic aims and continuous improvement

- 1 x permanent, 37-hour post based in Belfast (A waiting list will be created for similar roles arising within the next 12 months)
- Salary: Band 7, Level 1–4 (£41,153 – £44,464 per annum) - on call payment will be paid separate.
