We currently have vacancies for Experienced and Trainee Service Engineers to cover our growing number of customers in the Munster area.

What do we want from you?

• A full clean drivers licence
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Perform duties with minimal supervision
• Must be comfortable with driving throughout Munster.
• General IT and network experience would be an advantage, and experience of servicing and installation of MFD’s/Printers and related software preferred; however the candidate will receive training in a wide range of skillsets as the role evolves.
• Have strong time management and customer service skills
• Read, write and follow English instructions

What will you do:

• Installation and commissioning of our Ricoh/Brother/Epson Range of office equipment
• Preventative maintenance and emergency call outs
• Maintenance of managed print services software related to Ricoh multifunctional devices and printers, with a strong emphasis on all aspects of managed print service and related IT Solutions.
• Providing accurate reports from each job attendance
• Ensuring that van stock levels are correct
