Service Transformation Coordinator

The Service Transformation Coordinator will engage with and support service areas to consistently assess, embed, and/or evaluate service change initiatives, with a focus on evidence based decision making, to deliver identified benefits. As part of a multi-disciplinary team the role holder will plan, coordinate, implement, and/or evaluate large-scale programmes and projects, adhering to time, cost and quality parameters.
