Job Title: SFLW Disability Support Assistant
Location: Ulster Supported Employment Ltd (Usel), 182 – 188 Cambrai Street, Belfast BT13 3JH
Responsible To: SFLW Operations Manager
Objective: To provide high-quality, person-centred support to young people with disabilities on the Skills for Life & Work (SFLW) programme, enabling them to engage fully in learning and work placement activities, build confidence, and achieve their personal and programme goals.
Pay Scale: £25, 332 - £28,436 per annum (New appointees are normally appointed on the first point of the pay scale)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Term: 12 Months Fixed Term (extension dependant on funding)
