SHARED TENANCY & OUTREACH MANAGER

At MACS, we believe that every young person deserves a safe place to call home and the opportunity to build a positive future. We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Shared Tenancy & Outreach Manager to lead the development and delivery of MACS’ Shared Tenancy Project, Prison Resettlement Service and Outreach Services across Northern Ireland.This role is central to the growth of MACS' housing-led and preventative support housing-led, preventative and resettlement support services, ensuring young people receive high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, tenancy sustainment, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
Working closely with the Head of Floating Support & Outreach Services, you will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, partnership development, and service innovation. You will support and develop a skilled team, champion young people's participation, and ensure services remain responsive to emerging need and aligned with MACS' vision of ending youth homelessness in Northern Ireland.

Posts Available: x1 Full Time, 2 Years Fixed Term
Salary: £35,005 per annum
Benefits: MACS Pension contribution of 4% of salary; up to 41 days annual leave (including bank holidays); enhanced paid leave for Sick, Maternity and Carers leave; paid training days per year; Flexible and remote working options available.
