The ideal person will have/be:

• With 1 years’ experience dealing directly with customers in a Retail, Restaurant or Hotel environment
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with minimum grade C in Maths and English
• Previous telephony/switchboard experience would be advantageous
• Be a confident, well-presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills
• Have a genuine passion for service excellence
• Previous experience of serving food & or coffee would be advantageous
• Must have a flexible approach in regard to working hours and days of the week within a small team
