Showroom Sales People

Due to ongoing expansion SCL Floors and Doors are now hiring Full Time Showroom Sales People to join their team in Charlestown and Swinford in Mayo.

As a Floor and Door sales person, you will engage with customers to understand their individual needs, providing expert guidance and inspiration as you lead them through a personalised showroom experience.

Salary: (negotiable, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities for the Showroom Salesperson - Floors and Doors

• Collaborate with the showroom team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Actively listen to customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations that reflect the customer's budget and requirements.
• Promote the full range of products, including upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Follow up on quotations to convert leads into confirmed sales and build long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage order timelines and ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and support with merchandising displays as required.
• Adhere to all company procedures and operational guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage.
