Showroom Team Leader

Do you excel at customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with
great communication?

Are you a welcoming and committed individual who would play the part in delivering an unrivalled customer experience?

The ideal person will have/be:

• Supervisory experience of managing a small team
• At least 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a customer facing role
• Previous switchboard experience
• Smart, professional appearance and courteous manner
• Be a confident, well-presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal &
• organisational skills
• Can demonstrate a passion for excellent customer service.
• Be able to lead by example and nurture the reception teams strengths and identify areas
• for improvement.

And if possible (but not essential) have:

• Experience in a showroom environment
