Building a sustainable tomorrow

We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our team on a civil engineering project in Waterford. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Waterford North Quays is one of the top 10 projects included in the National Planning Framework, ‘Ireland 2040’.

This project includes c. 1km of urban dual carriageway construction and realignment, including 5nr new bridge structures, multiple retaining structures, all associated drainage and utility networks and associated urban renewal works. The development will comprise of a new 200m steel bridge river crossing, which includes a centre lifting section and a new train station which includes a bus, cycle, pedestrian, and car interchange. These works are to be undertaken adjacent to, over, and on existing live dual carriageways and rail lines.

Your mission

• Process and code cost data from delivery notes, dockets and timesheets

• Enter cost and other information into the Company’s accounting database

• Interact with project staff to ensure accuracy of information

• Support the site based commercial team to generate cost reports on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Interact and collaborate with other Company staff in the head office and on site

• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion on all information associated with employee details

• Other adhoc duties as required

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience within the Construction Industry as a Site Clerk or within HR, Administration, Compliance or Audit background strongly desirable

• Minimum 2 years data entry/administration experience required

• Proficient in MS Office packages is essential

• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and presentation) skills

• Ability to are liaise professionally across all levels of internal and external stakeholders

• Proven track record of working collaboratively across multiple lines of business and support functions

• Strong time management skills
