We are recruiting for a Site Administrator to join our team based in Cork.

Making Possible

  • Site administration role with primary involvement in accounts payable for suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating and managing project communications
  • Liaison with stakeholders and community groups.
  • Assisting with document control.
  • Assisting with quality and safety audits.
  • Reviewing and updating the training and development matrix and arranging training when required.
  • Ordering material to ensure the site team had what they needed to proceed with the works.
  • Resolution of supplier and sub-contractor queries.
  • Carrying out other duties as required by the management team.

What do you bring to the role?

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • At least 2 years experience in a fast paced similar role.
  • Ability to work in a large scale, multi-site organisation.
  • Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Please note this role needs to be based onsite full-time.
