Site Administrator
We're looking for a diligent, detail-focused Site Administrator to support our project team, with a strong emphasis on accurate daily record-keeping.
The core of this role is maintaining the site diary and recording craft time - accurate, detailed work that our cost and payroll processes depend on, so a genuine eye for detail and consistency is essential. Alongside this, you'll support document management and control, quality records and Good Documentation Practices, ensuring critical project documents are filed, tracked, and submitted on time.
This is a role that suits someone highly organised and methodical, who takes pride in getting the detail right and maintaining accuracy across repetitive, high-volume tasks.
A typical day looks like:
- Oversee and manage document management processes for the business.
- Filing of company quality records.
- Control of critical documents via the project database
- Submission and tracking of documentation.
- Calendar/diary management
- Good Documentation Practices.
- Responsible for induction planning of new starters.
- Responsible for processing all training records.
- Complete other administrative tasks to support the overall business which may arise.
- General office duties including liaising with visitors on site, monitoring the site telephone document scanning and filing,
- Sending reports to client and sub-contractors, inputting site instructions on M-Site and archiving files
Education, Training & Experience
- Leaving Certificate, with higher level education desirable.
- Experience in Life Sciences Industry.
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 beneficial.
- PC literate with competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) Outlook.
- Knowledge of document controls systems beneficial.
