The Corporate Security Site Lead is expected to lead the Building Security and Reception team by example, and to support the Account Manager in the daily operation of the site.

Previous Managerial or Supervisor experience is require.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· To assist in the management of the day to day operational requirements of the site.

· Preparation of rosters for the Team.

· Preparation of roster reports for payroll and invoicing purposes.

· Monitor Customer Service skills of security officers and receptionists.

· Develop and maintain a set of standards and guidelines in cooperation with the site specifications.

· Provide mentoring where required to security officers and receptionists to ensure that all team members are meeting the expected level of customer service delivery.

· Develop knowledge of site procedures and systems.

· Debrief the SSM on a regular basis and, when necessary, compile a report on activities, non-compliance issues, staff welfare problems etc.

· Be aware of the Goals set by the SSM and assist in delivering them.

· Enforce the stated dress code.

· To act as a deputy key contact in absence of the SSM

· Identify training & development needs.

· Assist Team Leaders in first line response to all incidents, Fire, Security and Health & Safety and manage these in accordance with laid down procedures.

· Must work responsively and cooperatively with site security and safety management

· Ability to lead a team in analytical planning, critical review, and problem solving

· Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual and stressful circumstances

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures

· Strong computer skills - Must be proficient and familiar in the use of the Microsoft Office products

· General knowledge of electronic access control systems, CCTV and alarms systems

· Detailed knowledge of best practice in security and risk management

· The highest adherence to ethics
