Job Summary
Responsible for the day to day delivery of all building maintenance work, providing high quality service to Newry, Mourne and Down District Council. Carry out a full range of multi-skilled building maintenance duties with the emphasis on building maintenance works at various Council properties cooperating with other trades and contractors to ensure completion of tasks.

Salary
Scale 5, NJC spinal point 14 - 19, £29,540 - £32,061 per annum based on a 36 hour week (pro rata to hours worked). It is Council policy to appoint at minimum salary scale point.
