TLI Group’s Home Services team is seeking Skilled Operatives to join our growing workforce. This role involves delivering high-quality insulation and associated works nationwide, ensuring compliance with safety standards and scheme practices.

Key Responsibilities
Complete insulation and associated works independently or as part of a team, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and professionally.
Install cavity wall and attic insulation in accordance with scheme guidelines, including:
Rolling attic insulation
Lagging pipework
Pumping cavity wall insulation
Drilling wall cores
Carry out additional tasks such as installing roof and attic ventilation systems, laying timber walkways, and making good any elements as required.
Conduct pre-surveys of homes scheduled for upgrades.
Perform post-work inspections for quality assurance and compile rework lists.
Check and sign off contractor work to ensure compliance with standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service, including scheduling and adjusting work with clients.
Assist with material reviews and ordering to ensure crews have adequate supplies.
Support departmental plans and report progress regularly.
Contribute expertise and advice to align with corporate objectives and legal compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
Full Driving Licence
Safe Pass Certification
Desirable:
Previous experience in insulation, construction, or a related industry
Knowledge of roofing systems and building practices
Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Customer service experience
Problem-solving and attention to detail
