Smart Rural Innovation Driven Empowerment Community Development Officer

The STRIDE Community Development Officer will be upskilled to deliver the STRIDE Digital Design Thinking Programme through ideation workshops to 500+ participants and will work with participants to identify and refine 44 digital focused social innovation projects (including 4 transformational projects) on the basis of the rural specific challenges & opportunities identified; transport, economic development & young people. Given the focus on the community & voluntary sector, it is envisaged that the post will entail evening service delivery from time to time.
