COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL SERVICE (Dublin Service)/ Glenmaroon
Permanent :39HPW
Part Time :19.5HPW
Salary:€40,351- €56,650* (*LSI )
*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:
- Level 7 or higher in a CORU recognised Social Care Qualification – list of which can be found at this link: https://coru.ie/health-and-social-care-professionals/education/approved-qualifications/social-care-workers/
- Up to date CORU registration/Confirmation of application for registration submitted to CORU
- Full clean driving licence.
- Experience working within the area of intellectual disability and with those who have behaviours of concern.
- Have proficiency in the English language.
Desirable:
- To adopt a holistic and person centre approach to your role to ensure people are supported to live their best live
- An awareness of HIQA regulation and New Directions,
- Willingness to support persons to develop skills and competencies around identified areas of interest and learning.
- Have experience of working with behaviours of Concern and complex care needs
We are currently in the process of reconfiguration in Glenmaroon to include a number of established community residential houses, coming under the governance of Glenmaroon.. An exciting opportunity exists to join our CRS
houses in the role of Social Care Worker, we currently have several vacancies across CRS in the Dublin area
