We're looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Social Care Worker to join our team in Aubrey Respite Service, Shankill, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a warm, welcoming and person-centred environment.

• Promote independence, rights and community inclusion
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred supports

✅ What You'll Bring

• QQI Level 7 in Social Care (or recognised equivalent)
• CORU Registration, eligibility, or proof of application
• A passion for supporting others to live fulfilling lives
• Full driving licence and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.
