APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION:

SOCIAL WORKER

MDT SERVICES, DUBLIN

PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (35 Hours Per Week).

Salary: €50,120 -€72,356 * (lsi)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience.

Essential:

  • A NQSW or equivalent
  • Be registered with the Social Workers Professional Register (CORU) and have an active CPD Portfolio
  • Social work experience in the area of services for people with a disability.
  • Certificates of completion for ‘Safeguarding Adults at Risk of Abuse - E-learning module’ and ‘An Introduction to Children First - E-learning module, with post graduate experience of safeguarding.
  • Full clean Irish driving licence and use of a car.
  • Proficiency in the English language.

Desirable:

  • Desire to support people to live their best lives and commitment to promoting the active engagement and participation of Supported Individuals in their local communities.
  • Applicants should possess Level 1 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
