Band: Band 6 £38,682 - £46,580 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week / Permanent (a minimum of 30 hours per week may be considered) A waiting list will also be held.
Reports to: Social Work Lead
Job Role
To provide a specialist palliative social work service to patients and their families, encompassing both pre and post bereavement care.
